Blend Frozen Blueberries with Spinach, Yogurt* and Carrot-Ginger Juice.

*I suggest using 1 6oz. carton of siggi’s Icelandic style skyr strained non-fat Vanilla Yogurt.  This yogurt is also sweetened with agave nectar instead of sugar or cane juice.
